Early Life and Education in New Jersey
Jason was raised in New Jersey. He grew up in a hardworking household. His father worked for the postal service. His mother stayed home to raise three boys.
As a kid, Jason stayed active. He played baseball and spent time in the Boy Scouts, reaching Life Rank. He also developed an early interest in how things work.
But his childhood was not without challenges. He was born with hepatic fibrosis, a condition that affected his health and energy levels.
“Achieving a goal takes patience and the will to persevere,” he says. “You have to push through obstacles.”
Despite setbacks, he stayed focused on school. He went on to attend the New Jersey Institute of Technology. There, he earned a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology in 2005, followed by a master’s degree in Manufacturing Systems Engineering in 2008.
Engineering Career Across Aerospace and Medical Devices
Jason’s career spans several complex industries. He has worked in aerospace, automotive, and medical manufacturing. Each role added a new layer to his skill set.
He gained experience in progressive stamping, plastic injection molding, and OEM medical device production. Over time, he built a strong reputation for solving practical engineering problems.
A key part of his work is using SolidWorks for design. He applies it to tooling, fixtures, and production systems.
“I focus on creating solutions that actually work on the floor,” he says. “Not just designs that look good on paper.”
Today, he works in the diabetes device space. His role supports the production of wearable insulin patch systems. It is a field where precision matters, and small errors can have big consequences.
